Turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. Wash with like colors, do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Low-heat iron if needed. Do not dry clean! 

Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days please allow additional time for shipping.

Expedited shipping will be available at the time for checkout for an additional fee. Standard shipping takes between 3-5 business days after shipment confirmations.

USPS will be the carrier.

Free shipping will be available when our company offers a promotion or orders that are over the amount of $120.

Before checking out please review your shipping address. We are not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries as a result of incorrect delivery information.

If you are located in Louisville, KY, and would like to get your purchase picked up, please choose the pick-up option. It will have the location on there along with an email. 

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. THIS RETURN IS A CREDIT ONLY RETURN! If you need to exchange for a different size that will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at info@stellascrubwear.com and a member will get back to you within 24-48 hours. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your first and last name, order number, and photos of the damaged item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Option ONLY STORE CREDIT

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a credit. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your credit please contact us at info@stellascrubwear.com

Do the scrubs run true to size? 

• This question is hard to answer because everyone is built uniquely differently. We advise you to view our size chart and after reviewing if you have additional questions please email us at info@stellascrubwear.com

What material are the scrubs? 

• The scrubs are made in 78% Poly, 17% Rayon, and 5% spandex. This means our scrubs are breathable, comfortable, and soft. (All of this information is located in the description part under each scrub set)

• You can use all major credit and debit cards.
